When you arrange meetings, it can be necessary to change dates, the number of attendees etc. for the arrangement. We are prepared to make changes in your booking. Nevertheless, we also have some cancelation rules. In case of changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy for conference rooms

Cancellation less than 2 weeks before conference is to be held, room fee is paid 100%.

Cancellation less than 8 days before conference is to be held, the full arrangement fee is to be paid.

Cancellation must be in writing.

Small adjustment in numbers of participants can be made until 4 days before conference is to be held.

Symbion Conference Center reserves the right to charge a deposit.

Payment: 8 day net.

 

Cancellation policy for meeting rooms

Cancellation of a room has to be done minimum 2 working days before the meeting (before 12 noon).

Cancellation of a room with catering must be done minimum 3 working days before the meeting (before 12 noon).

Cancellation is to be understood as cancellation, reduction, shortening and similar significant changes in relation to the order confirmation.

Minor changes in number of participants may take place until 12 noon the day before the event.

Payment: 8 day net.
